How do I put screenshots in posts?!

I wanna post some screenshots from etqw and a few other things, how do I add into posts?

Anyone?

Host the image on www.imageshack.us
remember to convert the img into a jpeg before hand
then if you want to link the img just paste the link into your post but if you want the image to be seen in the post put the tags before and after it

(i use the bottom most link)
